ROGERCO, Inc. is looking for a seasoned Program Manager (PM) to join our team supporting communications contracts in Dahlgren VA, Washington, DC, and Pax River MD. The ideal PM candidate is a strong leader who can oversee all personnel management, contract administrative, customer interaction, and financial tasks needed for program success. Responsibilities: Staff all positions required by the contract, mentor personnel, and motivate the staff to provide exemplary customer service Manage the contracts by having a detailed knowledge of its requirements and work with the customer to ensure the contract is executed within its terms Assist the customer with day-to-day operations and offer support executing and improving business and administrative processes Lead a multidisciplinary team with administrative, human resources, logistics, security, multimedia, communications, facilities, and training services Oversee administrative, quality of life, security, facilities, logistics, and training services support Manage communications support to include planning, execution, and products; research, evaluation, and assessment; web page design; as well as multimedia and graphics support Conduct business development activities to promote on-contract growth and expansion Required to be on site NWFC Dahlgren, VA 3 days per week Qualifications: Location: Dahlgren VA, Washington DC, Pax River MD Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Experience: Minimum of 10 years direct, relevant experience managing cost, schedule and performance on similar US Government contracts. 5 years of communications program management, DoD experience preferred. Five additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
