Job Description Summary Execution of sourcing process improvement projects, sourcing initiatives, AI & digital core projects with broad scope and clear focus to the program. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Support / Collaborate with cross-functional team empowered to execute the Lean Six Sigma strategy for process improvement. Through completion of a training program on Lean Six Sigma philosophy, theory and application tools/tactics, deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability, and Sourcing processes to reduce defects and attain world-class levels of quality and cycle time reduction. Facilitate team members in the use of Lean / Automation tools. Work with Op Ex leaders and teams to uncover and assess lean opportunities / execute for GE HealthCare and its Projects. Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance and developing improvement strategies to ensure business needs are met. Partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure services meet the needs of the business. Support / Collaborate on sourcing strategic initiatives to ensure optimal cost productivity, fulfillment, and obsolescence/life-cycle management by leveraging standardization and latest industry practices. In conjunction with the Black Belts and Quality Leaders, serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma simplification methodology. Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices. Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process capability and eliminate defects. Facilitate / Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to drive simplification in a section or end-to-end process & drive continuous improvement, reduce cycle time ensuring productivity. This includes Change Acceleration Process (CAP) methods and tools across assigned critical business initiatives / digital core. Support Oracle Fusion Implementation / AI and Digital Core projects Act as a trusted resource and subject matter expert for process improvement Communicate teams’ progress to program Leaders, Business Leaders. Educate team on Lean philosophy and application. Propose process technology improvements and capital expenditures. Identify potential process improvement projects Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Minimum 9 years of experience in Direct, Indirect, or Service Sourcing/Procurement processes At least 2 years of program management experience, handling multiple projects simultaneously Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with proven track record of leading minimum 5 end-to-end projects 3+ years of project execution experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics (OAC) Strong team leadership skills, with experience managing team members and guiding teams through change initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes Quality Specific Goals Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, Cyber Security guidelines and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required Knowledge and understanding of GEHC Purchasing Controls Procedure and associated Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that all purchased product and services conform to specified requirements.
