Description
Design and lead enterprise-wide data literacy programs, enabling partners to confidently use data and analytics in their daily work. Develop and deliver training programs and learning curricula focused on data governance, analytics tools, and best practices to improve data fluency across the organization. Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs for technical and business audiences. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PgMP) or Agile/Scrum. Familiarity with change management frameworks and adult learning principles. Leadership and Communication: Leads by example with confidence, a positive attitude, patience, honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of commitment. Ability to ‘read the room,' navigate program and project engagements efficiently and effectively. Skilled in engaging in difficult conversations that result in positive, actionable outcomes. Ability to navigate complex and diverse landscapes effectively. Seeks and provides honest, transparent feedback. Ability to build and lead high-performing project teams. Sets expectations and holds individuals and teams accountable to commitments. Drives decision-making that favors compromise and alignment over consensus-building. Strong facilitation skills; adapts approach to different engagement types. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
