JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. Program Manager (s) also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Five (5) or more years of related experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services or related sector in Programs and Supply Chain Management.
  • Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Efficient time management, and multitasking.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer problems and communicate outcomes effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely delivery status updates to customers as required.
  • Collaborate with the management team, providing necessary customer service support and updates.
  • Stay informed about customer financial costing objectives and escalate relevant issues to management.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with all company departments to ensure smooth processes for customer accounts.
  • Utilize problem-solving tools effectively and proactively follow up on issues.
  • Monitor and act on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, inventory levels, AR, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive and facilitate new product introductions to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer purchase orders.
  • Coordinate incoming customer engineering change notices.
  • Work hands-on on customer RFQs including material pricing and coordinating labor and management approvals.
  • Communicate product quotation pricing to existing customers.
  • Monitor and manage unresolved RFQs and coordinate incoming customer Return Material Notices (RMA).
  • Fulfill additional duties as needed to support customers, manufacturing processes, and Quality System compliance, following procedures and completing all related documentation.
