You build and maintain trusting relationships with bank executives on an equal footing by analyzing and evaluating bank-specific requirements and operating models, as well as developing individual target visions for digital transformation.
You will be responsible for the central management of complex transformation projects in agile and traditional project environments and the coordination of all stakeholders involved (bank, Atruvia teams, network partners).
You translate the bank's strategic goals into an actionable, manageable roadmap and bring the bank, Atruvia-Delivery and network partners together in an integrated program as a multi-project manager within the framework of the new operating model.
You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, develop change management strategies, and act as a strategic driving force and operational implementation supporter.
You support banks in preparing for new automated processes and moderate workshops and decision-making bodies.
