The Opportunity We have an exciting new opportunity for a Program Manager to deliver a strategic Water Infrastructure Program during the construction phase, providing executive leadership across complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure portfolios to achieve organisational growth, operational excellence, and long-term outcomes. This role will be accountable for establishing and maintaining stakeholder partnerships, influencing strategic alignment, investment priorities, and the sustainable delivery pipeline required to meet key program objectives ensuring consistent achievement of program targets while driving a culture of zero harm, continuous improvement, and operational optimisation. The Program Manager will be based in Fortitude Valley and will ensure compliance with The Downer Standard and specifically the role and responsibility as Delivery Manager as defined under the Delivery Manager Methodology its policies and procedures.
