About the Role The Program Manager is s accountable for owning and driving retention and growth in strategic accounts.This role owns and nurtures relationships with key client decisions, develops strategic account plans by proactively identifying opportunities to expand services, and positions Magnit as an indispensable partner to the client. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally with other Magnit delivery and support teams to maximize customer satisfaction on their accounts. Scope may be regional or global, and services may encompass some or all of Magnit’s offerings (MSP/EOR/VOP/VMS/Services Procurement). This is a hybrid position based in the Netherlands, operating from our office in Nieuwegein. What You Will Do Execute strategic account plans focused on client retention, growth, and expansion Serve as the primary point of contact for program sponsors and stakeholders Leverage deep knowledge of Magnit’s product lines to develop client growth strategies Support pricing, renewals, and SOW discussions in collaboration with Legal and Finance Identify client needs and upsell/cross-sell Magnit solutions and services Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement custom solutions Manage and grow assigned accounts by introducing new services and expanding program reach Build strong consultative relationships with client decision-makers Advise clients on talent market trends, benchmarks, and program optimization strategies Track all client interactions, opportunities, and milestones in CRM tools Partner with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Address product integration needs between client systems and VMS Collect and implement product enhancements based on client feedback Act as a subject matter expert for migration activities, reporting, and enhancement releases Manage supplier relationships, deliver performance scorecards, and resolve issues Support the creation and delivery of client business reviews What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program management, client services, or enterprise account delivery within contingent workforce solutions, MSP/VMS, or staffing Proven track record of driving double-digit revenue and service growth in complex enterprise accounts Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on tailored solutions Experience building long-term strategic client relationships Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams Strategic thinking, negotiation, and complex problem-solving skills Experience in staffing, HR, consulting, or contingent workforce industries What Magnit will Offer You At Magnit, you’ll be joining an innovative, high-growth environment and can quickly make an impact to help transform the largest companies in the world.
