YOUR ROLE WITH US:
Your role will be to oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and impactful results. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational efficiency, as the Program Manager will guide the execution of multiple initiatives that support Easygo’s long-term growth objectives. The Program Manager serves as key contributors to the company’s success, managing project resources, addressing risks, and fostering collaboration across departments.
- Please note, this role may be required to travel to global locations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Program Oversight and Management: Lead and coordinate multiple projects within the program portfolio, ensuring alignment with Easygo’s strategic goals and priorities. Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department leads and project teams across Easygo to foster effective communication, alignment, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Participate in the development and refinement of program strategies that align with Easygo’s growth roadmap. Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with program initiatives, implementing mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project outcomes and timelines.
- Resource Allocation and Management: Coordinate project resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to optimize efficiency and productivity across all program initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders and senior leadership on program status, achievements, challenges, and any changes to timelines or project goals. Provide clear and concise reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the program management framework, implementing best practices to enhance team performance and project success.
- Operational Integration: Ensure that completed programs are seamlessly integrated into Easygo’s operational workflow. Work closely with operations teams to define handover processes, coordinate training if needed, and establish metrics to monitor program success post-implementation.
