Description

We are seeking a versatile and results-oriented Program Manager to lead operations and engineering initiatives within the Filtration Engineering domain. This role encompasses managing capital expenditure projects with a focus on localization, overseeing new product introductions, driving PLM system transitions, and executing complex engineer-to-order (ETO) projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments, collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, and manage multiple small-scale projects concurrently. 1. Capex & Resourcing Projects - Localization Focus - Lead capital investment initiatives aimed at localizing filtration processes and components. - Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and supplier development teams. - Monitor budgets, timelines, and project outcomes. 2. New Product Introduction (NPI) - Repeater and Above - Manage NPI programs for advanced filtration products such as Smart Filters and Rotary MCF. - Coordinate cross-functional teams for design, process validation, and production ramp-up. - Ensure alignment with operational goals and market requirements. 3. System Integration - SAP & Enovia - Oversee part number creation and lifecycle management align with SAP that is coming up. - Lead transition from legacy systems to Enovia PLM. - Ensure data integrity, user training, and change management. 4. Major / Complex Engineer-to-Order (ETO) Projects - Program manage high-complexity filtration ETO projects like refinery projects. - Align engineering and operations teams to deliver customized solutions. - Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements. 5. - Drive standardized program management practices across teams to ensure consistent delivery, governance, and performance tracking. - Enable continuous improvement through metrics, tools, and training that elevate program execution maturity and cross-functional collaboration - Comfortable working in environments with evolving or undefined processes. - Capable of handling multiple small and diverse projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures. - Bachelor's Degree, and preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering. - 6+ years of experience in filtration engineering, operations, or project/program management. - Hands-on experience with SAP and Enovia PLM systems will be advantageous. - Proven track record in managing Capex, NPI, and ETO projects in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
