Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager with 18+ years of experience to lead and optimize end-to-end business operations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, manage large teams, and align operations with organizational goals. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across business units, ensuring efficiency and scalability * Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives * Drive process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvements * Manage large cross-functional teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management * Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, forecasting, and execution * Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and risk management protocols * Monitor and analyze KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement * Handle stakeholder management, including internal leadership and external clients/vendors * Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives where applicable * Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational P&L -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications: * 18+ years of experience in Operations Management / Delivery Leadership * Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and teams (100+ members preferred) * Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) * Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills * Strong stakeholder and client management experience * Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management * Ability to drive change management and transformation initiatives * Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and reporting tools -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Preferred Qualifications: * MBA / Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field * Experience in IT/ITES, BFSI, or Consulting domains * Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP are a plus     eClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
