POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives within Elligint Health. The Program Manager will ensure strategic alignment, drive execution, and deliver outcomes that meet organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a deep understanding of healthcare payor operations and technology.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in healthcare, health IT, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects or programs concurrently.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across different organizational levels.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to support assigned programs.
  • Must reside in the U.S.; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, or care management organizations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, healthcare data standards, and interoperability frameworks.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, technology leads, and business stakeholders to ensure program goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and key decisions.
  • Ensure programs deliver measurable business value and outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Support organizational change management activities to promote adoption and sustainability of program outcomes.
