CLA is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our growing internal IT team to Manager/owns the development of roadmaps that address moving the firm towards desired state solutions. They understand the goals, timeframes, methodology, and resource requirements for the projects within the program. The hire will oversee a program with multiple projects that are complex and requiring strong project and communication skill levels. The lead Project Manager’s work is generally independent and collaborative in nature; you will receive guidance from Program Manager, Executive Sponsors and IT Leadership, as needed. About the role: The Program Manager helps to develop project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for projects with information technology impact. They will oversee projects related to infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software installation and upgrades. Project assignments and complexity are matched to increased experience and skill levels. As a Program Manager, you will: Essential Job Function Project Management: You will work with teams to develop the roadmaps needed to set the guideposts for the projects. Manage and facilitate Program/Project routines such that investment needs and status are transparent across all stakeholders, enabling Executive Sponsors to make informed decisions Promotes team-oriented environment and maintains strong relationships with cross-functional staff within firm as well as the vendor base Support and or lead resolution to blockers and challenges in concert with project leads, product owners, peer programs in timely and effective fashion Navigates and addresses identification and closure of opportunities to continuous improve internal processes for the development and release of new solutions Requirements • 5 years' experience in Internal Technology or technology environment • 3 years of project management and/or supervisory experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
