We are recruiting a Program Manager for a high-impact philanthropic foundation. Program Manager Full-Time | Remote The Role We are seeking a generalist who is a creative problem solver. The Program Manager will navigate grant due diligence as well as full operational program design. We focus on a diverse range of impact areas spanning healthcare, housing, education, AI safety, climate solutions, and Big Art. This role requires someone who can work across multiple focus areas, manage operational details, and support program design and execution. Responsibilities - Navigate and manage grant due diligence processes - Support full operational program design and implementation - Work across multiple focus areas including healthcare, housing, education, AI safety, climate solutions, and Big Art - Manage timelines, budgets, and vendors - Coordinate with stakeholders and program partners - Support documentation and reporting requirements What Success Looks Like - Successful completion of grant due diligence reviews - Well-executed operational program launches - Positive feedback from grantees and partners - Smooth coordination across multiple program areas - Effective documentation and reporting Who You Are - Creative problem solver with strong operational abilities - Comfortable managing ambiguity and complexity - Excellent organizational and project management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work across multiple focus areas and stakeholder groups - Detail-oriented and proactive - Collaborative team player with high integrity Required Skills - Grant due diligence experience or similar complex review processes - Program design and operational management experience - Strong project management and coordination abilities - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Location: Remote Hours: Full time Timeline: Immediate start preferred Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
