ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Program Manager of Equity Consulting with PMG, you will be a pivotal leader within our rapidly expanding equity practice. This role is central to the success of our equity engagements, requiring a unique blend of strategic assessment, financial acumen, and project oversight. You will be responsible for evaluating potential equity projects, from initial client fit and detailed scoping requirements to negotiations of equity valuation and terms before engagements begin. Beyond the project initiation, you will drive accountability for project delivery, ensuring that all equity projects run on budget and consistently deliver measurable ROI. As PMG’s Manager of Equity Consulting, you will proudly lead PMG’s pro-bono engagements, embodying our commitment to community impact. This role demands a high degree of strategic thinking, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record in managing complex M&A and financial consulting projects, particularly within narrow margin service businesses.
