We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager - ERP and Integration Projects to oversee the planning and execution of high-impact projects, including ERP upgrades, system integrations, and M&A transitions. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, this role focuses on ensuring project success through disciplined program management, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with the organization’s enterprise systems strategy. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional organizational and leadership skills to deliver key business initiatives on time and within budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of program management experience in ERP upgrades, system integrations, and M&A transitions.
  • Proven success in managing cross-functional projects within engineering, architecture, or professional services firms.
  • Strong technical expertise with ERP platforms, particularly Deltek VantagePoint or similar systems.
  • Experience working collaboratively with senior leadership to execute enterprise-aligned project strategies.
  • Excellent program management skills, with a strong ability to drive results and lead teams through complex initiatives.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, ensuring seamless interaction with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify risks and issues and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Focus on delivering measurable outcomes that align with enterprise objectives and organizational priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage and deliver ERP upgrade projects and M&A system integrations, coordinating efforts across teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Enterprise Applications and other stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Alignment with Enterprise Strategy: Ensure that all project initiatives align with the organization’s broader enterprise system goals and support operational efficiencies.
  • Resource Coordination: Work with the Director to prioritize resource allocation across projects, addressing competing priorities and ensuring optimal team performance.
  • Change Management: Lead efforts to minimize disruption during system upgrades and integrations, including training plans and end-user adoption strategies.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success, escalating as needed to the Director.
  • Budget Oversight: Track and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular project updates, detailed progress reports, and risk assessments to the Director of Enterprise Applications and senior leadership.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, leveraging insights from completed initiatives.
