Description
Drive the Business and Partnership - Manage day-to-day relationships with licensees including educating about upcoming events and event material review processes, seeing opportunities, problem-solving, marketing and all business reviews. Build and summarize performance reports while ensuring internal compliance with licensing activations and managing Event Team deliverable timelines. Cross-functional Leadership - Work collaboratively to support Licensing/Franchise Program Managers by presenting event opportunities, leading the flow of licensing activations at events, representing Event Team partner communications, scheduling, and passing marketing information and opportunities to the Event Marketing team. Be an encouraging communicator and negotiator as well as a constant consultant! Connect Us: Be a liaison between internal and external partners, balancing the needs of each team. Work to accomplish multi-departmental goals within Wizards of the Coast as well as overall campaign goals. 4-6 years' consistent record of program management, specifically within consumer goods, gaming, or events. Experience with project management tools. Ability to manage multiple workflows, timelines and deliver projects on time in a fast paced, global environment Positivity, a critical eye, a desire for continuous improvement, and the ability to learn new things Prior experience in supporting event planning is plus. Knowledge of Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and or gaming/entertainment industry a plus
