OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Consultant to support a high-impact Chief of Staff team within a global marketing organization. This role operates at the intersection of executive strategy, program management, and leadership communications. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, expert communicator, and operational leader with experience navigating complex, matrixed enterprise environments.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 7+ years in strategic communications, marketing operations, or Chief of Staff-like roles within large enterprise or consulting environments.
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and navigating enterprise-level decision-making processes.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, global organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing compelling executive narratives and communications.
• Strong program leadership skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, influence cross-functionally, and deliver results.
• Proficiency in workplace collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and an ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
