Job Type: Full Time, Exempt

A person that is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing complex programs from inception to completion. Someone who has demonstrated program experience and excels at removing obstacles, coordinating with team members, planning ahead for future projects as well as anticipating future needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-5 years experience as a Program Manager in the information technology sector
  • Technical background
  • Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives and change management
  • Proficiency in program management methodologies and project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external individuals
  • Effective problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software
  • PMP certification (preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals. Are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. A Program Manager at FSS must think outside the box; you will juggle tasks from customers, vendors, and associates to always ensure successful delivery.

  • Leading and overseeing overall project and maintaining SLAs
  • Driving high-quality execution and low-cost solutions within a job well done
  • Project Execution & Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure timely completion within budget and scope
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders across all teams to align project goals and remove roadblocks
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and regularly report on project progress, outcomes, and impact
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership, team members, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Resource Management: Work with internal teams to allocate resources effectively, balancing priorities across multiple initiatives
  • Change Management: Support teams through change management transitions by providing structured project plans and ensuring alignment on new processes or strategies
  • Customer Project Management: Ensure customer projects are properly set up, meticulously planned, and professionally executed throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor program margins to keep them within budget limits, minimizing risks and maintaining profitability. Analyze policies, goals, and objectives of each program, providing escalation and oversight
  • Team dynamic: coordinate with the project team and technicians assigned to projects, ensuring proper execution, follow-up, and close-out of all related project tasks, ultimately delivering an outstanding customer experience
