REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years’ experience or Master Degree plus 7+ years of experience, in manufacturing with international presence in regulated markets
  • Area of studies: Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Supply and Logistic Management
  • Experience in driving cost optimization initiatives in multiple countries together with practical knowledge of process improvement techniques thanks to strong analytical skills. Knowledge of by Power BI, Tableau etc. is a distinctive advantage
  • Fluency in English. Any other European language is an advantage
  • Adept at presentations to different levels of audience from C-Levels to commercial teams as well as Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders with proven ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) at all levels in an organization
  • Project / program management track records able to develop a strategy as well as drive execution
  • Demonstrated skills for problem solving and issue handling being proactive and service oriented.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:

  • Ensure appropriate follow-up on Field Inventory monitoring in collaboration with Field Governance teams and Country Business Operations
  • Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse & field inventory teams and customer service to ensure there are clear processes and roles & responsibilities, in relation to supply, delivery performance, inventory health and SOGL (Scrap-Obsolescence-Gain & Loss), order/invoice handling, and monitor and follow-up results
  • Establish annual Field Inventory targets in collaboration with country business teams and value stream
  • Partner with supply chain to provide relevant inputs on Total (warehouse + field) inventory for purposes of AOP target and Rolling Forecast, monitor inventory health & SOGL performance and achieve AOP targets
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders on Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) and local warehouses in countries, to optimize inventory, SOGL and operating expenses.
  • Support Business Operations Manager with regular report out, analysis and presentations on results, drivers of variance to targets / forecast and make recommendations to achieve/ exceed inventory and SOGL targets
  • Lead initiatives for product distribution inventory optimization, improving inventory health and process improvement initiatives; where required, collaborate with Business Operations, Supply Chain, Value stream and Customer care to ensure end to end thinking & execution.
  • Represent CRM in Field Inventory Analytics deployment and promote adoption of advanced analytics tool

The Program Manager for Field Inventory and Business Operations is part of the Business Operations team of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM - Annual Revenue ~$1.1B) operating unit for Western Europe (WE) which endeavours to drive Western European actions to help in achieving our operational excellence strategic pillar, especially in field Inventory and business product distribution. As part of the HQ team, the roles include:

  • Drive daily execution of achieving field inventory and SOGL (Scrap-Obsolescence-Gain & Loss) targets and ensure operational governance of processes
  • Propose and coordinate process optimization initiatives related to field inventory and product distribution
  • Be the champion in Analytics and actionable insights and tools for the commercial organizatio
