To be successful in this role, you will be a hands-on programme manager with strong experience delivering complex technology, data, and AI-driven transformation in financial services, with a clear focus on the people side of change. Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional programmes with multiple workstreams and dependencies, while maintaining strong governance, managing risk, and keeping senior stakeholders aligned. Brings a pragmatic, outcomes-led approach to change, including training, communications, user engagement, and adoption planning, with evidence of using AI and emerging technologies practically to improve delivery, reporting, and decision-making. Comfortable operating at pace, proven track record of managing SteerCos & C-suite levels of seniority, and translating strategic objectives into sustainable business change.
