Description:
At Fiskars Group we are unified and driven by our common purpose: pioneering design to make the everyday extraordinary. Join our team and seize the extraordinary opportunity to influence the everyday!
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our strategic program to deliver the separation of our two Business Areas Fiskars and VITA into separate legal entities. The selected person will play a key role in this vitally important program, which is considered a dress rehearsal for our future ERP transformation.
Join us in an exciting role where you will drive the transformation within Fiskars Group, a global home of design-driven brands for indoor and outdoor living. This role is pivotal in overseeing multiple work streams of our transformation program, including SAP and other ERP systems, across multiple countries and integrating various third-party applications. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional executive communication, high-level planning, and leadership skills to drive this program to success.
Responsibilities:
- High-Level Planning and Oversight: Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans that include key milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines for all work streams. Anticipate challenges and proactively adjust plans to ensure program goals are achieved on time and within budget.
- Executive Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary liaison between the program team and executive leadership in major transformation programs and projects, providing clear, concise, and impactful updates on program status, risks, and achievements. Prepare and present high-level summaries, strategic plans, and progress reports to the board, C-suite executives, and other senior stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in the program’s direction.
- Strategic Leadership and Vision: Ensure that all program activities align with the organization’s strategic objectives and support business growth, operational efficiency, and seamless integration. Ensure that the overall vision, strategy and roadmap for key transformation programs are well understood across the organization.
- Work Stream Coordination: Oversee and coordinate multiple work streams in collaboration with Fiskars and vendor project managers, ensuring interdependencies are managed, risks are mitigated, and progress is monitored across different countries and teams.
- Budget and Resource Management: Provide high-level oversight of program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and financial objectives are met. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party vendors to maximize value and performance.
- Risk and Change Management: Proactively identify and assess program risks, particularly those that impact strategic objectives and executive priorities. Develop and implement robust risk management and change management plans to navigate challenges and maintain program momentum.
