PROGRAM MANAGER FOR ERP TRANSFORMATION

We have are searching for two senior-level PROGRAM MANAGERS to lead an ERP Transformation with two distinct projects. One for Finance, Accounting and SSM and the other for HCM.
The successful candidate will have the exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills needed to successfully champion initiatives across the organization including routine presentations, interactions, and reporting at the executive level, as well as to drive project teams (internal, external, vendors) for multiple work streams.
These are Business transformation projects involving people, process, and technology components
This position requires consultant to be onsite two days per week in White Plains NY.
Role Description:
The successful resource will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and managing all HCM-related or Finance, Accounting and supply chain activities, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
- Lead the workstream ensuring all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure alignment between multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements
- Identify and document dependencies and ensure working teams and leadership are informed
- Ensure project plans, schedules, and status reports are maintained and updated.
- Coordinate and manage the activities of internal teams and external consultants
- Work closely with Change Management team to ensure engagement of various teams during implementation and ultimately successful adoption of the new ERP system by users
- Identify, mitigate and as necessary, escalate risks and issues
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Program Manager and other key stakeholders.
