In support of this effort, the Ford Racing team is looking for a program management leader with technical knowledge of hybrid powertrain systems and a passion for high performing vehicles. Ford Racing xHEV Program Manager: * Program Manager of Hybrid Electric unit program managing delivery through all Milestones from kickoff through to launch of the vehicle program * Interface with the Ford Planning organization, Ford Racing Engineering, Finance and the Supply base to manage xHEV deliverables that are compatible across several program applications

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of the Hybrid Electric unit program from kickoff through vehicle launch. Coordinate with planning, engineering, finance, and suppliers to ensure xHEV deliverables are compatible across multiple applications.
