We are seeking 3 x Program Managers to lead the implementation of large-scale, strategic initiatives across the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education & Students portfolio, with a focus on enhancing student experience and teaching and learning outcomes. In these pivotal roles, you’ll manage complex project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, optimise resources, and collaborate with stakeholders across the University to ensure successful delivery across Student Experience/ Teaching & Learning domains. You’ll play a key role in leading initiatives that deliver on the University’s strategic priorities in student experience and teaching and learning, translating vision into outcomes through effective governance, financial oversight, and cross-functional leadership. Why join us? lead high-impact initiatives that enhance student experience and teaching and learning outcomes work in a dynamic, strategic environment that values innovation and continuous improvement drive complex, cross-functional projects that deliver to institutional priorities in teaching excellence and student outcomes Your key responsibilities will be to: lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of complex projects across Teaching & Learning and Student Experience domains establish and manage project plans, governance structures, and performance indicators design and implement strategies to meet objectives within budget optimise resource allocation, including personnel, finances, and technology build and lead high performing project teams, managing performance, and capability development partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery identify, assess, and mitigate risks while maintaining data integrity and robust reporting monitor project financials, explore funding opportunities, and ensure budget compliance drive continuous improvement and identify synergies across initiatives About you You are a confident and strategic program leader who thrives in complex environments and can influence across multiple stakeholder groups. You combine project management expertise with a deep understanding of delivering strategic and compliance initiatives in higher education. demonstrated experience leading and managing complex projects in a tertiary education environment strong understanding of teaching and learning, curriculum design, or student experience delivery an understanding of student administration systems, and teaching and learning systems, such as Sydney Student, Canvas, Sydney Curriculum experience in governance, resource management, and financial management of major initiatives exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across stakeholder groups excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a commitment to inclusivity and collaboration skilled in data analysis, reporting, and evidence-based decision-making ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining quality and focus.
