MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in managing safety and compliance policies for global field operations.
• Experience in defining measurements, data quality metrics leading to continuous improvements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in mapping technologies and or mapping operations.
• Ability to solve data and operational problems.

• Lead and manage Street View safety related projects of varying complexity and scope, and drive project delivery, test proposals, and build consensus.
• Develop and manage program tools, policies, procedures, and processes for enhancing safety of operations, lowering incidents and ensuring adherence to policies/local requirements.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track safety and compliance metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Provide use cases and requirements documents for development or implementation of new forecasting/prediction tools to avoid/reduce incidents.
• Evaluate incident data and track corrective/preventive actions to closure.
