Proven experience (5–10 years) managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs involving advanced technology systems (e.g., space, defence, telecom, automotive, IT, or similar)
Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Expertise in program planning, execution, and governance (scope, schedule, budget, risk management)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Fluent German (native level) and ability to obtain security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
