Job Description Governs the key deliverables and KPIs of the Division, ensuring that the programs align with the strategic direction and business intent as outlined in the executive plan and Balanced Scorecard (BSC). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Planning: Leads business planning and performance reviews Risk Management: Ensures future-proofing of the operating model by actively monitoring the implementation of all key programs. Insighting: Analyzes qualitative (voice of the customer) and quantitative data (operational metrics) as input to operational decisions and program charters. Continuous improvement: Serves as the key advocate of operational improvements by circulating performance signals to all lines of businesses, prescribing corrective/preventive actions, setting up feedback loops, and monitoring committed deliverables. Program Management: Governs key projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met and align with the overarching business objectives. REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 years of experience in Project/Program/ Performance Management Background in BPO / Telco/Tech/Finance. Experience in fast-paced or high-volume industry is preferred. Proficiency in analytics methods and tools. Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with Leadership, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. PMP/ Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus.
