Position Title: Program Manager – Mission Services Location: Goodwill Industries of Northeast Iowa, Inc. Your Role in Our Mission  As a Program Manager, you will lead a team that helps people build skills for work and everyday life. You’ll guide staff, support programs, and help individuals—including people with disabilities—move toward independence and success. This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to inspire others, solve problems, and create opportunities that change lives. Responsibilities
The Program Manager will lead and support a team of staff to help individuals build essential job and life skills. They are responsible for overseeing program progress, hiring and training team members, and collaborating with other departments to create participant opportunities.
