Position Title: Program Manager – Mission Services Location: Goodwill Industries of Northeast Iowa, Inc. Your Role in Our Mission As a Program Manager, you will lead a team that helps people build skills for work and everyday life. You’ll guide staff, support programs, and help individuals—including people with disabilities—move toward independence and success. This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to inspire others, solve problems, and create opportunities that change lives.
