Homemove’s platform is scaling fast, with dozens of concurrent initiatives in product, operations, marketing and compliance. We need a single point of truth for the roadmap—someone who guards priorities, keeps squads unblocked and makes sure the business ships the right things, on time, every time.

• Own the company-wide roadmap: capture new initiatives, map them to OKRs and publish a living view of priorities and dependencies.
• Run lightweight governance—weekly check-ins with squad leads, risk reviews, action trackers—and escalate issues before they bite.
• Balance capacity: work with Engineering, Ops and Marketing managers to align people, budget and tooling with the roadmap.
• Track delivery metrics: velocity, burn-up, release frequency and ROI; surface insights in crisp, founder-ready reports.
• Champion continuous improvement: facilitate retros, refine processes, and kill low-value projects early.
• Act as “chief unblocker”: remove impediments, negotiate trade-offs, and secure decisions from execs quickly.
• Own communication: keep every stakeholder—from brokers to backend devs—aligned on what’s next and why.
