About the Role & Team The Program Manager – Human Resources will be responsible for designing, launching, and executing strategic HR programs across PENN Interactive (our digital brands). This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple initiatives, engage stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes in areas such as talent development, talent management, talent attraction, DEI, and employee engagement. About the Work Program Strategy & Execution Design and implement HR programs that support our business goals (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, performance management, & DEI). Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics. Monitor program performance and continuously improve based on feedback and data. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with HRBPs, HR COEs, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure alignment and integration of HR programs. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, meetings, and communication throughout program lifecycles. Change Management & Communication Lead change management efforts for new HR initiatives. Create and deliver clear, engaging communications to drive program adoption and success. Data & Reporting Track program KPIs and provide regular updates to HR leadership. Use program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. About You 3 - 5 years of experience managing HR or cross-functional programs in a corporate environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong understanding of HR functions such as talent management, development, talent attraction, or employee engagement. Proven ability to design and execute complex programs with multiple stakeholders. Experience working in a results-oriented, technology environment.
