Program Manager Location: Arlington, VA POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, with proven skills in strategic planning, risk management, budget oversight, and stakeholder communication. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of resolving conflicts and driving project success in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline. * Five (5) to ten (10) years of professional experience in program/project management. * Recent experience with: * Strategic Planning * Risk Management * Budget Oversight * Stakeholder Communication * Leadership * Conflict Resolution PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Project Management Professional (PMP) * Experience with Government, Department of War, or Department of Navy internship programs.
