Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage customers' expectations and provide best support towards best customer satisfaction. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management. A bachelor's degree is required. Job Requirements: * Establish strategic relationship with customer * Support customer's day-to-day operation and shipments * Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams on project managements * Review new products from customers and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure system and process is setup and released for Operations support. * Manage backlog, prioritize customer's needs, provide alternate and garner resources to ensure seamless operation and program execution * Analyze and compile regular reports for management team's review Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred. * Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Program Management and Planning, preferably within Semiconductor-related industries. * Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage. * Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledgeable in MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems. * Advanced Excel knowledge. * Ability to learn / understand the supplier’s business and manufacturing processes, technology sourced, and product families. * Ability to concisely communicate escalations, requirements and issues to suppliers, stakeholders, peers, upper management, and customers with clarity. * Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven. * Ability to influence cross functional teams including technical decision makers. * Strong knowledge of all aspects of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis and negotiation, * Work independently in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will manage customer expectations, support day-to-day operations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution. They are also responsible for analyzing reports, managing backlogs, and prioritizing customer needs to maintain high satisfaction levels.
