AGENCY DESCRIPTION:

Coordinated Care Agency (CCA), a dba of the Archdiocesan Housing Authority, offers comprehensive services, enhanced shelter, and housing for people experiencing deep poverty and homelessness.
The purpose of our work is to ensure that people have access to the healthcare and supports that they need to thrive. The team works to promote social changes to dismantle systemic racism, injustices and inequities that contribute to housing instability. MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

The cognitive skills needed to complete tasks, including abilities such as learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for decision making, problem-solving, and comprehending.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience, preferably overseeing 24/7 or multi-shift program operations.
• Experience working in a social service and customer service roles
• Demonstrated progressive experience working with homeless populations, particularly individuals with co-occurring mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Experience or knowledge of mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or homeless services.
• Solid understanding of and commitment to Housing First and Harm Reduction principles.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to commit to developing and safekeeping a workplace that values and supports a culturally diverse work environment.
• Experience with Microsoft office suite of programs and related databases.

• Ability to adapt and respond to different people and situations through a trauma informed lens

• Criminal history background checks are required prior to employment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain food handler’s permit within 30 days of employment.
• Bachelor’ degree preferred.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license.

4. PROGRAM REPRESENTATION & OTHER DUTIES

• Maintain consistent and professional office hours (40hrs wkly); be available to staff, residents, and partners.
• Support the transportation needs of the program as an approved driver, including resident off campus activities, food bank and donor coordination pickups, supply runs, and other program related errands as assigned.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
• Represent CCA-AHA and the Program in interactions with funders, community partners, public officials, and external agencies.
• Serve as a community liaison on issues related to aging, disability, housing, and chronic homelessness, advocating for the needs of program participants.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or agency leadership.
