InAlliance, a nonprofit that provides support to adults with developmental disabilities, is looking for an experienced and motivated Program Manager to be the key agent in education and engaging the Community Training Program (CTP) with the community at-large. Summary: The Community Training Program (CTP) Program Manager supports the CTP Program Director in the daily operation, leadership, and continuous improvement of the CTP program. This role helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations, staff supervision, program compliance, and team development while fostering a collaborative and person-centered work environment. Essential Functions*: Work alongside the Program Director on daily operations, long-term planning, and program improvement. Assist with quarterly goal setting, budget oversight, and service billing. Ensure accurate billing and documentation to maintain compliance. Prepare and submit required documentation and reports in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities and outcomes. Aid in the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Functional Training Plans (FTP). Ensure that services are person-centered and tailored to each participant’s unique needs, goals, and preferences. Monitor participant progress and make recommendations for service adjustments as needed. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Support the Program Director in creating and adjusting staff and participant schedules. Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment. Ensure staff adhere to organization policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Review incident reports and implement corrective actions as needed. Support health and safety initiatives to maintain a secure work environment. Oversee data management and ensure compliance with client information systems. Serve as an active member of the organization's leadership team. Attend and contribute to monthly leadership meetings and other strategic sessions as required by the Executive Director. *Must be able to perform essential functions of this position with or without accommodations. Applying allows you to be considered. Education: Associate’s degree in human services or related field. Experience: Must have a minimum of five years’ experience working in the Human Services field, preferably in services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), with indications of increasing levels of responsibility. Two years of experience in supervision and support of staff. One year of experience providing community based services to individuals with IDD. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Preferred Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field Completion of person-centered thinking/planning training. CPR/First Aid Certification Experience: Three years of experience in program management, independent living services, or a related area.
