The Program Delivery Manager is responsible for managing projects related to Automation & Software implementation and providing support to clients as an account manager. The individual in this role will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of our automation solutions. This position is open for Australian Citizens and or residents only. What a day in the life looks like: Acting as the central liaison between the Client and the Supplier’s deliver teams, ensuring that all communications are clear, timely and productive Leading end-to-end project delivery by overseeing all workstreams within the program to ensure alignment with the agreed scope, timelines and quality standards Building and maintaining strong relationships with Client stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and managing expectations whilst aligning cross functional teams. Developing and maintaining the program roadmap and scope, tracking progress and deliverables against milestones and ensuring schedules and milestones are completed on schedule. Identifying, assessing and escalating risks or issues promptly and working with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation or resolution plans Driving accountability and optimising capacity by coordinating internal teams to ensure adequate resourcing and skill alignment for project needs Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, adhere to contractual or regulatory requirements and the proper systems are established for reporting and transparency for both internal and external stakeholders Gathering feedback and recommending improvements to enhance future delivery whilst managing change to scope, schedule and budget and maintain consistency What You Bring to the Team: 10+ years of experience in project and account management, within the supply chain and WMS industry. Proven ability to manage complex, cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders and project streams and leading complex software implementations exceeding $1M in value. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Skilled in project management methodologies; PRINCE2, SCRUM, or Agile certifications preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
