Description Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is seeking a Program Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and tracking of Risk Management Framework (RMF) system security plans, ensuring compliance and effective risk mitigation throughout the program lifecycle. This role is 100% onsite. Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following: • Prepare and submit monthly program management and performance reports, detailing progress, milestones, and any issues encountered. • Lead and manage the ISSO program, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. • Develop and implement quality assurance and risk management plans to ensure compliance and minimize risks. • Provide strategic guidance on security controls, ongoing authorization activities, and assessment and processes. Requirements Clearance Level Secret Certifications (IAT Level III) One of the following: • SecurityX • CCNP • CISA • CISSP • GCED • GCIH Required Skills: · A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications Systems Management, or a related STEM field from an accredited college or university or a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. · A minimum of 10 years of experience leading IT teams, including serving as the primary program manager and main point of contact with clients. · At least 5 years of experience specifically related to information assurance. · Proven expertise in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and familiarity with applicable federal cybersecurity policies and standards. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
