Description
Support ongoing programs at The Garage including (but not limited to): intrapreneurship programs, internal innovation processes, workshops, hackathons, customer engagements, and local implementation of global programming. Provide consultation and coaching to internal innovation projects. Act as a liaison between The Garage and various stakeholders, both internal and external. Lead and maintain engagement with the Garage community (Teams, Portal, Whatsapp) Manage internal communications and community activities. Deliver workshops on AI tools for innovation to internal and external audiences. Assist with event logistics: scheduling, rooms, attendance, materials, meetings moderation. Project management for project teams: deadlines, deliverables, roadblocks, needs. Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, ideally with some business or related courses. Must have at least 3 full semesters of school remaining - graduation date Summer 2027 or after. Currently pursuing MBA/Masters degree. Curiosity and eager to learn. Hands on experience with GenAI tools Excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills. Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
