PROGRAM MANAGER- IOP MENTAL HEALTH

Horizon Health is seeking a program manager for Thousand Branches Wellness in San Diego, CA. The Program Manager position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to program and clinical services implementation, utilization review and management, and coordination of outpatient services. Under the guidance of the Clinic Director, this position will be accountable for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring daily clinical programming ensuring quality assurance expectations are met.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing clinical support to Program Clinicians including case or group coverage
  • Participates in marketing and business development efforts
  • Supports the Clinic Director in the hiring and training of Clinicians; roll out of new directives and initiatives; and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Curriculum and service line development; group facilitation and observation to ensure curriculum integrity is maintained
  • Referral Management, assessments, and direct individual client contact
  • Supports the Clinic Director in the oversight of new directives as well as policies or procedures
  • Conducts regular documentation audits and management of utilization reviews
  • Liaises with external referral sources to ensure an enhanced referral process
  • Ensure the fidelity of outcome measures and evidence-based practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.
