POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position plays an important role in the delivery and support of Iteration Matrix (IM) products and services to our customer and partners.
The Program Manager is responsible for supporting assigned customers in the day-to-day delivery of our products and services. This includes ensuring our services are working as expected, responding to customer inquiries, mitigating/resolving issues, and identifying any areas of improvement.
The Program Manager has the responsibility to upsell by recommending existing/potential new services that would be of benefit to the customer.
The Program Manager reports to the Manager, Business Operations.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in Accounts Payables.
  • Have a good understanding of Accounts Payable processes.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams (remote and onsite) and with external partners.
  • Have a customer-centric and business- focused mindset and are comfortable having conversations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, data management and reporting tools, and other relevant software applications
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP’s is preferred.
  • Experince with Vendor and Payment Management
  • Demonstrated experience leading junior staff, providing clear and constructive feedback and actively training/upskilling and mentoring.
  • Provide clear direction on assignments, delegate tasks appropriately, encourage questions and provide follow-ups.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Customer Management

  • Manage customer relationships with customers who have subscribed to IM Services
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Present innovative ideas and suggestions for the enhancement and improvement of the IM Portal and Service.

Service Management

  • Manage IM Customer’s ePayables programs:
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Manage Supplier enrollment activities.
  • Manage follow ups on late payments.
  • Assist with resolution of payment reconciliation issues.
  • Support IM Audit Recovery Programs
  • Assist with duplicate payment analysis.
  • Missed credit identification.
  • Contact vendors to validate duplicate payments and obtain credits.
  • Support the e-Invoicing Program
  • Respond to customer/supplier issues.
  • Liaise with e-Invoicing Partners (MetaSource, Rossum etc.) for problem resolution.
  • Support the Invoice Tracker
  • Support Supplier registration
  • Support Supplier inquiries as required.

Communications

  • Analyze problems and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Work with the IM technical team to prioritize customer requirements and manage acceptable timeframes for delivery.
  • Communicate with IM management re status updates and potential problems.
  • Provide timely reporting.
  • Assist with IM monthly billing and reporting activities
