We’re currently seeking a Program Manager to join the Sales team. This role involves executing sales enablement strategies, managing content hubs and content owners, and collaborating closely with sales leadership, marketing, and design teams to optimize the sales process and accelerate revenue growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement sales enablement programs and materials to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of content, resources, and materials aligned with sales objectives.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and refine onboarding processes.
  • Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and leverage data to continuously improve content and strategies.
  • Manage the process of collecting and maintaining up-to-date sales content.
  • Orchestrate relationships with content providers, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to create cohesive, impactful content.
  • Oversee and manage the sales content hub, ensuring easy access and accurate resources.

We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have:

  • At least five years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales training, or related roles.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
