Description JPI is seeking a Program Manager SME to serve as a subject matter expert in providing leadership support for priority initiatives. The Program Manager will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure the execution of supplemental appropriations. The Program Manager must have Federal Real Property management experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Department of Defense (DoD.) Responsibilities Include: Provide leadership support for priority initiatives including senior leadership briefings, leadership councils, Congressional requests, ad hoc data calls, and various programmatic needs. Provide support with program management and execution of supplemental Appropriations. Support the lifecycle of policy promulgation to include developing draft policy and necessary updates as the program evolves and business processes modernize. Requirements MA or MS in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial related field. An active PMP certification. At least 15 years of experience working within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Department of Defense (DoD), with a minimum of 10 years specifically focused on Federal Real Property management, including responsibilities such as property acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, portfolio management, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and policies. Minimum of 10 years of experience leading and directing complex engagements or projects within DHS or DoD. These engagements involve managing high-stakes, largescale initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams, agencies, or contractors, and often include navigating diverse stakeholder interests, aligning with strategic goals, and ensuring timely execution. Complex projects may include infrastructure development, policy implementation, risk management, resource allocation, and ensuring that the programs are delivered within scope, budget, and regulatory requirements. This leadership experience is distinct from, and may overlap with, the Federal Real Property experience, but is primarily focused on driving programmatic success and organizational change.
