About the role

• We're looking for a curious, driven Program Manager / Junior Consultant with strong growth potential to join our team. You'll work closely with our internal program/project team and support across a range of responsibilities and projects — from AI transformation and workforce enablement to operational efficiency and organizational change — depending on client needs. You are a generalists rather than specialists, and future successor who can develop into the next level of seniority over time. This means you won't be siloed into one function — you'll get exposure to AI transformation strategy, operations, workshop facilitation, and client management from day one.
