Job Description Role Summary The Program Manager for Leadership & Professional Development oversees the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of programs that build leadership capability and professional skills across the organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with HR leadership to define program strategy aligned to organizational priorities and overall talent strategy Develop programs for variety of audiences (front-line onsite personnel, high-potential individuals, new manager, front-line and mid-level management) Manage end-to-end program lifecycle (design, launch, delivery, evaluation) Partner with senior leaders and HR to identify capability needs Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (facilitators, designers, vendors) Track program metrics, outcomes, and ROI Ensure consistent learner experience across cohorts and offerings Manage program communications, scheduling, and logistics Continuously improve programs based on feedback and data insights Proactively communicates program impacts to HR leadership Deliver training to senior audiences, as needed Success Measures Program participation, completion, and retention rates Measurable improvements in leadership/skill capability Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement Program scalability and operational efficiency Qualifications What You Have Qualifications: 5–8+ years of program management or L&D experience Strong project management, relationship-building, and organizational skills Experience working with internal and external leadership development programs Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program impact Previous mentorship/coaching experience preferred Demonstrates accountability and creative problem-solving skills Additional Information Benefits An anticipated base salary between $110,000-$130,000 plus annual bonus. Salary will be offered depending on skills and experience. Paid time off including vacation, sick time, and 14 holidays.
