Product Pricing support Pan India pricing - structuring for all assets Pricing & RPT approvals Preparing and raising approvals for all teams Customer meeting Meeting customers for complex deals with Sales teams IT Development Understanding scope/ improvement areas for development of IT systems- EWP etc Process Optimization Finding ways in to reduce TAT; increase efficiency Business review data Preparing and maintaining business data to keep track on Disb/book etc Program P&M Visiting industrial expos; meeting OEM- Tie up and sign MOUs CV Coordinate with OEMs to source process leads through Sales team Fleet cars Tie up for programs with OEMs, Fleet Aggregators and others Skills required Hard skills Proficient in understanding financial calculations in Excel- IRRs, NIM etc Medium MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; Soft Skills Pricing/ negotiation; Driving business; Coordination and time management; Understanding of business process optimization; Competitive analysis; Internal stakeholder management; MOU/NDA and relevant agreements

Responsibilities

Manage Pan India product pricing, structuring, and approvals for all assets while optimizing business processes to reduce turnaround time. Coordinate with OEMs and fleet aggregators to establish partnerships and source process leads through sales teams.
