Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance Work Schedule: Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday Role Overview: In this role, you will serve as the Program Manager responsible for contract execution, reporting, and direct Government interface. You will ensure Quality Management System (QMS) compliance with ISO 9001:2015, develop and maintain the Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP) and Safety Plan, and oversee QA audits, risk management, and performance reporting. Additionally, you will manage contract status reporting through eCRAFT, monitor subcontractor performance, and ensure alignment with contractual deliverables and schedule milestones. General Skillset Experience with Microsoft Office Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both collaboratively and individually Critical Thinking Skills Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed Specific Skillset Proven leadership in program and project management within DoD or Government contracts Expertise in QMS compliance and ISO 9001:2015 standards Experience developing QAPPs, Safety Plans, and managing QA audits Proficient in performance reporting, risk management, and corrective action processes Familiarity with eCRAFT and contract status reporting systems Skilled in subcontractor management and oversight Ability to interface effectively with Government representatives and senior stakeholders Requirements Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial field (required) PMP Certification or DAWIA Level II Program Management (highly preferred) ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management training (preferred) Experience Requirements 10+ years of program or project management experience, including Government or DoD contract execution Build Your Career With Us Linchpin Solutions’ professional services organization is committed to delivering qualified candidates that meet or exceed clients’ technical and management expectations.
