Your Responsibilities
A strategic coordinator and master of details. A Specialty Practice Program Manager is the glue that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring category liaisons can stay focused and are prepared to deliver exceptional vendor consulting. This role supports the planning, coordination, development, and execution of vendor consulting projects, acting as a trusted partner to both internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Benefits Consulting, preferably with a focus on Population Health.
• Strong understanding of HR and health risk management.
• Familiarity with compliance standards impacting health risk management and employee incentives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex info and craft client-ready materials.
• Experience supporting or managing projects from start to finish, especially coordinating cross-functional teams and deliverables.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; confident using PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to respectfully challenge ideas and propose improvements.
• Ability and willingness to travel for meetings as needed (projected travel <5%).

• Support data gathering and analysis efforts, including reviewing vendor client performance data and sales pipeline data to help identify insights and opportunities.
• Collaborate with category liaisons on the development of strategic insights and value-add opportunities for vendor partners.
• Draft, review, and proofread work products to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Working with Lockton communications and DDS, as needed, to ensure internal and external materials are clear, consist, direct and aesthetically appealing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vendor capabilities, programs, and the broader health risk management space.
• Stay informed on compliance regulations related to health risk management programs and employee incentive strategies.
• Maintain detailed calendars and project plans for category liaisons, managing incoming scheduling requests, resolving conflicts, rescheduling as needed, and clearly communicating changes.
• Organize consulting meetings: confirm attendees, draft and distribute agendas, and capture notes.
• Coordinate and support special projects, liaising across internal teams as needed.
• Manage and fulfill ad hoc requests from vendor partners in collaboration with internal teams.
• Seeks ways to improve work processes; uses good judgment to balance creativity with need to get work done.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of vendor and specialty practice initiatives.
