YOUR IDEAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



    • 8+ years experience in program or project management within construction (data centre specific experience is ideal).

    • Project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
    • Proven experience delivering complex, high-value projects involving construction, power, HVAC, and IT Infrastructure.
    • Strong knowledge of financial management capabilities (CAPEX/OPEX).
    • Tertiary education in engineering, construction, IT or related fields will be highly regarded.
    Responsibilities


      • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans including LLE procurement, civil works, main construction, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation during the pre-construction process.

      • Optimise construction programs with contractors to enable fast deployment.
      • Manage pre-construction stages of data centre project from design, SSD, utilities, procurement through to handover to construction project team.
      • Coordinate efforts across engineering, design, construction, procurement, facilities, and operations teams.
      • Engage procurement and legal teams to ensure contracts support delivery objectives.
      • Lead regular program status meetings and provide executive-level updates on progress, issues, and decisions required.
      • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, contractors, and external vendors.
      • Build relationships with external partners including government regulators, construction contractors, and equipment vendors.
      • Track expenditure, cost forecasts, and commercial management during pre-construction stage.
      • Manage contract compliance with vendors and suppliers.
      • Implement and maintain program risk registers and contingency planning.
      • Ensure all infrastructure complies with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability targets.
      • Manage change control processes and quality assurance checks at each project milestone.
