The Program Management team within Marcom’s Global Operations organization is focused on empowering these in-Geo teams to deliver high-quality original creative work through efficient planning, workflow and organizational programs. DESCRIPTION The Program Manager helps connect Marcom's global vision with locally-relevant creative work from international Geo teams by developing and leading programs focused on optimizing Geo-originated initiatives. Areas of focus include annual and quarterly planning, workflow and process assessment, optimization and capabilities expansion. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS At least 10 years experience in program and/or operations management in a global marketing organization or creative agency. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Experience initiating and leading organizational process and workflow programs. History of engaging with and influencing senior-level stakeholders. Experience driving initiatives within matrixed organization. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Certification in program management or related field. Experience in Strategic Program Management or similar environment with understanding of project management methodologies and industry-standard processes. Ability to drive process improvements and deliver sustainable, flexible systems that can evolve over time. Persistent and creative in solving problems and overcoming roadblocks with a self-starter and action-oriented approach. Passion for working with Global teams. Bachelor’s degree.
