SUMMARY

As a Program Manager for the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCOLOGCOM) you will lead projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of data processing and other information management professionals who are involved in the analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing of automated information and/or telecommunications systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a Project or Program Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent.
• Have 5 years of experience in program management.
• 10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Have experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones.
• Have experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation.
• Active Secret DoD security clearance

  Pay: $79,665.98 - $129,812.80 per year

• Lead program planning and execution to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget across multiple locations.
• Implement change management processes to enhance program effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
• Monitor program performance metrics and report on progress.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability within the program team.
