As a Program Manager, you will be required to: Own and drive project and business milestones across scope, schedule, quality, and cost. Translate client briefs and technical requirements into structured factory and operational plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners to validate feasibility, resolve issues, and maintain alignment. Lead daily execution with strong navigation strategy, tracking readiness, cost, and quality while maintaining clear program visibility. Drive structured problem solving across engineering, factory, and client teams, ensuring timely root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Escalate risks, blockers, or misalignments to internal and external partner leadership when required. Adapt communication and approach through strong EQ and awareness of personality types and stakeholder agendas. The ideal candidate should have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 5–8 years of program/project management experience in apparel, hardware, wearables, electronics, or soft goods product development. Strong understanding of technical requirements, product specifications, manufacturability, and development workflows. Proven experience in global partner management and cross-functional execution. Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment for escalation, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective risk management. Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), attention to detail, and diligence, enabling clear communication and collaboration across diverse teams. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Contract Type: 1 Year FTC
